1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jitaa ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player", "member"). jitaa is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for Bangladeshi players.

"Services" refers to jitaa's website, applications, games, bonuses, and any other digital content we provide from time to time. "Account" refers to your personal user profile registered on the platform.

jitaa is committed to providing a safe and reliable service at all times. We use SSL encryption and ensure fair play to make your gaming experience more secure and enjoyable.

2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Creating an Account

Each person may only create one account on jitaa. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account forfeiture. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

3.2 Login Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share this information with anyone. If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Your Information

You must notify jitaa immediately if your contact details, payment information, or any other account-related information changes. jitaa is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

3.4 Account Suspension & Closure

jitaa reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. This applies in particular if a player breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent behaviour, or attempts to compromise the security of the platform.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at jitaa is ৳200. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other listed banks).

Deposit details must match the information on your registered account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account forfeiture.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount at jitaa is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In special circumstances or where verification is required, this time may be slightly longer.

Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. jitaa reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal request for security verification.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (applied to the bonus amount only). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings earned from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry and conditions, which will be stated in the offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses are for personal entertainment use only; no bonus is transferable.
• jitaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of proven fraud, jitaa may cancel all bonuses and any associated winnings.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitaa platform. Involvement in these activities may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or running automated software.
• Misusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff.
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's code, database, or security systems.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on jitaa are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is verified by a third party.

7.1 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, jitaa reserves the right to void that round and return the staked amount. Such decisions will be considered final.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

If a player disputes a game result, they must contact the support team within 72 hours of the incident. jitaa's system log records will be treated as the final evidence.

7.3 Game Provider Terms

The terms and conditions of all game providers apply, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. These terms operate alongside jitaa's terms.

8 VIP Program & Rewards

jitaa's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your activity and engagement on the platform. Higher tiers come with additional benefits and priority service. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will only be used for operating the service, meeting legal obligations, and preventing fraud. It is not sold to third parties.
